My youngest one was diagnosed with Speech Delay several months ago. We were worried about him just before he turned two years old. He would not talk a lot, just "dada", "nanah (for banana)", and basically grunting and trying to get your attention by screaming.
The pediatrician referred us to an audiologist and for an evaluation with a speech pathologist. He doesn't have a hearing problem, but he does have the speech problem.
